I first met Krushmi in 2013, a few months after I had fractured my spine. Instead of surgery, the doctors at Kokilaben designed a rehab plan with physiotherapy and pilates. She handled me with such compassion and encouragement, I did my best to just follow everything she said. And came back the next day, and then the next and so it went…. Two years of 6 day sessions (3 in physio and 3 with Krushmi) I was strong enough to attempt going back to work. I remember the first time that I was back at a film shoot, sitting behind a camera again in 2015, it was like I had my life back In 2016, I came back to work full time and have been working harder and longer hours than I used to before my injury. I still continue my training with her.

Being a Punjabi , I love my food and the best part is Krushmi lets me eat everything and I work out to stay fit. I’m addicted to three times of Pilates at Core. Not only has it made me more aware of my core but it is fun and gives me a good workout. She also writes a workout and nutrition plan for me while I travel for shoots, helping me sustain my fitness levels. Working out with Krushmi is not only fun but a new learning process every day. She concentrates on the minutest of details be it correct posture or the right balance. Being a dancer, pilates is not only helping me dance better but also increased my body awareness. After every session I look forward to the next one. I love it.
You have made Nutrition an ‘Art’ for young and budding athletes. I have seen my child’s transformation within a couple of months. I cannot express my gratitude for this change. You have been able to achieve this, through the regular and systematic sessions. You are also a ‘Nutri-vator’ (nutrition motivator) , encouraging children to take baby steps towards being a better athlete through the right nutrition according to the body type. They say that Exercise is king and Nutrition is the queen. So three cheers to the Nutrition Queen ‘Krushmi’. Wishing you all the success for future!! I met Krushmi about a year ago, when I really needed a nutritionist. I wasn’t swimming as per my normal regime then due to a back injury. What I liked most about her is that she also made me see that my injury could be overcome, and that I could go back to swimming steadily if not immediately. When people go to see their nutritionists, they’re usually terrified of how much progress they have or haven’t made, and how he/she’ll react, but it’s not like that with Krushmi. If you have made progress, she tells you to continue until you’ve reached your goal. If you haven’t, then she explains to you why, if you make the effort, it will help you in the long run. From all the people I know with regards to the sport I do, Krushmi is definitely my favourite.

I first visited Krushmi in 2017 a month before I was going to participate in the 56th National Roller Skating Championship, representing Maharashtra state.After getting a diet plan from her, my body nutrient proportion chart improved by decreasing the fat and increasing the protein. I won a silver medal in the championship. I was on cloud nine, in the seventh heaven. She taught me to never give up. Now I have more stamina and strength. I have come a long way and still hoping to win the next national championship. Whatever I am today, whatever level I have reached, whatever I could achieve today, part credit goes to my sports scientist and nutritionist, Krushmi Chheda.
My performance over this past year has improved and one of the reasons why it has improved is because of Krushmi’s diet plan. It has been very helpful. Sometimes the diets have been strict but it has been very beneficial. She also allows me to eat some stuff out of the diet whenever I ask. Thank you so much for your help in making me succeed.
I have been consulting with Ms.Krushmi Chheda for almost 2 years for my son,Vivaan Karande who is 12 years old and plays competitive lawn tennis in India. She has helped to structure his diet as per his taste and at the same time ensuring his nutritional requirements for his physical development are taken of .
